1. Choosing to receive a reading or healing session is an act of self-love, as it gives you the opportunity to know yourself more deeply. Since each person’s experience is unique, your session may reveal a wide range of emotions or events, bringing them to light and helping you gain clarity. By booking a reading or healing session, you are taking full responsibility for anything that may be revealed, as well as for your emotional or energetic responses to it.

 

2. All bookings are non-refundable. Once your session or course has been reserved and confirmed, the investment is non-refundable. In the case of an unexpected event that requires us to cancel the session, this policy still applies. We will lovingly work together to reschedule your session at a new time and date.

 

3. Sessions may only be rescheduled once, and only if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please send a message here. In case we need to reschedule your session for any reason, we reserve the right to do so without limitation on advanced notice.

 

4. Sessions are held via Google Meet. It’s essential to have the application installed and functioning on your device before your session begins. After booking, you’ll receive an email with your link and instructions—please make sure to enter your email correctly. If you don’t receive it within one hour, or it lands in your spam folder, feel free to message us so we can ensure you don’t miss your session.

 

5. Sessions last up to one hour and begin at the scheduled time. The time will not be extended, so it’s important to be on time and ready. If you do not join within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be cancelled, not refundable and it won't be rescheduled. 

 

6. Courses and group programs are non-refundable. By enrolling, you commit to following the guidance offered. However, your progress and results depend entirely on your own effort, dedication, and connection with yourself. We reserve the right to reschedule the launch of a course due to an unforeseen situation until and a new date is announced, in which this policy still stands. Please read all the information before and after enrolling to get the most from your experience.

 

7. All product purchases are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your order or haven’t received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us here.

 

8. Shipping times may vary, especially for international orders. Most physical items ship from Ecuador first and then the US, and while we do our best to deliver them promptly, we appreciate your patience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. All packages include a tracking number. If your order doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

 

9. Product and service recommendations are shared from personal experience, with the genuine intention to support your holistic well-being. However, we are not responsible for the effects these products may have on you, nor for delivery timelines or service handling by external brands. Please review product details through the linked pages before purchasing.

 

10. Digital products are for personal use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product. You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, alter, or use the content for monetary gain without permission. If a product is misused or redistributed, legal action may be taken to recover losses and damages, and any profits made must be returned with proof of earnings.

 

11. All collaboration requests are evaluated individually. I choose partnerships that align with my values, vision, and brand. I reserve the right to decline collaborations that don’t reflect the message I want to share with my community. That said, I’m always open to hearing your ideas and exploring how we might co-create something meaningful.​

 

12. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please check your local currency conversion before making a purchase, as we are not responsible for misunderstandings at checkout.
